Action Equipment Company (AEC) has recently been sold to a consortium consisting of 2 long serving existing members of management and 2 local businessmen. The new owners are Martin Wilson, Garry Davies (25 years with AEC), Richard Reddy (10 years with AEC) and Alastair Adams.

Martin Brings with him over 30 years of good solid business experience and has plans to grow the company considerably whilst maintaining their excellent reputation for quality service. As the Managing Director, Martin is looking forward to meeting old and new clients shortly.

Garry Davies has been with the company for over 25 years and will continue as Operations Director with a strong focus on the sales and service side of the business.

Richard Reddy has been with the company for over 10 years and as the Financial Director will ensure that the company is kept financially strong and able to deal with the ever changing South African business market.

Alastair Adams is a practicing attorney specializing in business law. Alastair brings great knowledge and experience and will ensure that AEC is always ahead of the game when it comes to legal requirements in terms of the various acts that govern how a company operates.

Action Equipment Company is a major supplier of reconditioned forklifts. Currently, reconditioned machines sell for less than half the price of new machines, and offer extremely good value.
